Here’s an example of how buyers can make their homes their own.
In my last blog post, I highlighted a shower that proved how important home inspections are. This shower had a shower pan leak, and it wasn’t an easy fix. However, I recently finished work on this shower, and I thought it would be interesting to look at the finished product.
If you check out 0:40 in the video, you can see the inside tiling of the shower. It had a weird side panel with a bunch of jets on it, but they had gotten sealed up and were practically useless. I completely removed it and replaced it with some beautiful tiling. I also topped the bench in the shower with one solid piece, so my clients don’t have to worry about leaks anymore.
In my opinion, this shower is now 10 times better than it was when we found the leak, and all the renovations were paid for with the concessions we received from the seller. If you are impressed by what we did with this shower, keep in mind that you don’t need to find something broken for you to change it. Maybe you don’t like the color of something and would like to change it.
